ASTV (IPTV ZA) HARD PASS - RUDE - ABUSIVE - ARROGANT - NO REFUNDS

Not recommend at all, save your frustration and headaches. The support while relatively fast response, is rude and insults you telling you that you bought the wrong product or you are an effing idiot, the hardware you are using is wrong or some other excuse. Channels do not work, When they do they are slow to stream, wait an age for stream to start after buffering after a few seconds of play and then freezes. Granted a few channels worked fine. ASTV Application is not intuitive or friendly, don't even bother with a trial account. NO REFUNDS. No HD SD options for channels. Watered down list is provided by default unless you request the "other channels" I currently use 2 other providers and their offering is by far better, FYI I am using an i9 pc with a 250mbps line and 3 smart TVS with very minimal issues over the past 8 years. The only reason for looking at ASTV was price, having purchased, I advise buy some scotch instead, at least when you flush, you can see where the money went.
