They cannot fix issues

The service is the worse! I took a year subscription and after about 3 months it started buffering (I have a 50mb/s fibre line). Issues became worse to such a point that I could not watch anything. Contacted customer support, but it is always the same response. I would not uses them ever again. Its now been more than a month that I am struggling with them to fix the issues. They say it has been fixed, but I cannot watch any TV.
