Pathetic or no streaming and customer care

The most pathetic service regarding streaming. Since January we have been struggling with their *********** none care attitude. We have constantly communicated their below standard service but they don't seem to care. There is not a week that goes past that their streaming is of a very low standard or even none existing. They always have lame apologies
