IPTV SA

I have had the nasty experience of IPTV selling a streaming service to me for R900 per year, which sounds like nothing to be scoffed at. I tried it and in the beginning I was amazed at the amount of channels accessable for the price asked. As I went along I realised that the buffering starts overtaking the amount of time to watch. I watch for ten seconds and it buffers and so on. I have a 25meg dedicated fibre line. I contact them on a WhatsApp number and then have to type out all my grievances taking me a long time to do, also *****ing from my time of watching their incompetence to fix this. After seeing that this is not working, I asked for a person that at least understand the English language. Everytime a channel acts up, I have to restart, reinstall, do a relogin and I grew sick of it. There is no number to call and the frustration of having to deal with this on WhatsApp just got the better of me. I need to either be called by an English speaking person or get reimbursed!

This is the final WhatsApp I sent:

Oh, now you make me the villain who is uncooperative while I have to just forget about the numerous times of having to watch while your system is not working and for ever buffering while we are trying to watch whichever you are claiming and advertising. This is false advertising, sir! You are being paid for tv channels that are to be available 24/7 in my book! We cannot watch 10mins until the ****** buffering starts!! Your assistance is nothing more than making me work on my side to make your ****** system start working again, which it should have done in the first place!! I am sick of reloading, reinstalling, relogging in and all the **** you expect me to do after all I want is to watch any channel of my choice for a few hours and relax while doing it. Do you think this is normal??? Shame on me for thinking this is a paid for service for me and my family to enjoy!!! It is an excuse of a system your are selling to uninformed people, under the pretenses of it being ligit!!

I need for a REAL person to call me. I am sick of typing out my regrets only having to it falling on deaf ears and for someone letting me look like the uncooperative villain!

By the way, I do mind that you assist me, because NOTHING have changed since I started using your “service”. Call me to discuss this or give me my money back!!
