They are not a service provider, they are ****mers. I don't even use the app but the debit my account monthly. Tried to cancel this as soon as I "signed up" but they ignore all my emails. Their support is non existent despite saying they will happily refund you within 7 days. It's ALL a ****. Try to report them online and get blocked. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!!
