I have received horrible service from them. I got the smaller package at first. upgraded to the full package. it worked fine for about a month. after that is when i had many issues. Live TV freezing, buffering, sometimes when i log on it will say my account is expired. reload the app then it works. Don't get me started on the horrible 24/7 support. it says 24/7 support on their website but to my surprise they close at 8pm. i even got a message from them on WhatsApp saying they close everyday at 8pm. so this is false advertising. The support is so terrible, they go around in circles saying the same thing. Please restart the app, please restart the app. It works fine for 1 or 2 days, then it starts buffering so bad, i cannot watch anything. the support takes so long to help that the soccor match im trying to watch will end better time they assist. i have these issues at lease every 3 or 4 days. Will not use them again. No refund even though i have so many issues. i get taken for a ride from support every time. I'm at that point now that i don't contact support, and when my 1 year expires, ill just move on to something better.
