owing employees pension fund money

It started off by the owner of the company not paying us our weekly wages, when we confront him about it he threaten to dismiss us from work, the problem kept on going on, he would pay us 1 week n the others not.We decided to go on a strike and he dismissed all the workers, when we made enquiries with our Union and the company that is administering our provident fund we were told he had stopped contributing towards our provident. And now he is claiming insolvency.
