Product failure within 3 months

I spent R50, 000.00 for a roof restoration and water proofing at my house. They offer a 20 year Guarantee and less than 4 Months later there are more leaks than before.

The owner that was very nice at the start, now refuses to answer his phone or return calls. After weeks of unanswered phone calls, they eventually sent a new salesman to come do an inspection (18th Jan 2021) and now 12 days, he also refuses to take my calls.

I have water physically dripping into my house which was not even a problem before. I will be forced to take legal action should they not contact me today.
