I would like to recommend Mr. Basil Gangaram, one of the senior sales consultants at Suzuki Bassonia. This is the second time I dealt with Mr. Gangaram and I found him to be very consistent in what he did best. The second time around too, he by far exceeded all my expectations. Even though I have been to him many times he never showed any frustration at all. He treated me with a great deal of respect and always went the extra mile to make sure he gave me the best deal even at the expense of cutting his own commission to the barest minimum. I really felt like a king as he was soft spoken, reliant, diligent, respectful and what struck me most was that he always kept to his word. His knowledge of the Suzuki range of vehicles and other makes on the floor just astounded me. I settled on buying the 2024 Suzuki Baleno 1.5 GLX all upon his recommendation and expertise. He went the extra mile to add extras like the sun visors, mud flaps all at his cost. As I have dealt with him for the second time, first choosing the Suzuki Ciaz 1.5 GLX Auto in 2021 and this time around in 2024 buying the Suzuki Baleno 1.5 GLX, I have not and will not look back. Both these vehicles were the best buys for me. With all of Mr. Gangaram's recommendations I am not sorry. This gentleman is an absolute asset and great ambassador to his company. If there is anyone who is looking to buy a brand new Suzuki or other makes and models on the floor of Suzuki Bassonia, ask for Mr. Basil Gangaram. He is the best person to assist in any way and will give the best advice which will make you smile having given you the best deal. His motto is that he will leave no stone unturned and will always give the customer the best deal - something to leave the happy and smiling.
