Respectable dealership

I bought a 1.2 Swift 2 years back and due to miscommunication was offered 2 extra services than standard. The dealership made a commitment to honour it and sent email confirmation to that effect when purchasing.

Now that service is due and after little back and forth, I spoke to the Sales Manager, Clair, and with some memory jogging it was honoured in less than 10mins.

Thank you Clair and the Bassonia dealership. Expected a fight as with other dealerships but you guys were great ! If ever again, will use you
