In my case this branch had excellent sale service. The admin for my car was resolved promptly

However they did not check the car fully and the back boot lock would not work They asked me to take it to the service dep to do a warantee fix . The service dep was unable to fix it and the tech who tried told me to take it back to the sales dep in Comaro road to sort out since it was not checked properly

Decided to use a locksmith since I did not have any more time to mess around with this

Also Suzuki overall could not give me a time to repair. The locksmith I dealt with could and fixed the issue in 1/2 hour as advised

As such I will be using another branch for service since this branch is 20km from where I stay anyway and has not given me any reason to drive all this way with this poor after sale service
