IPOP Suzuki Bassonia and Mr Singeant Selley

A letter of appreciation and recommendation for service par excellence. To whom this may be of interest and concern. Dear Sir / Madam I, Mr Gopal Govender, would hereby like to take this opportunity to express my heartfelt appreciation and thanks to Mr Singeant Selley from Ipop Suzuki – Bassonia who was involved in the sale of the 2021 Suzuki Ciaz 1.5GLX to me. I have been a Toyota die hard driver for the past 47 years and always have driven a manual transmission car. After having a bad experience with the last service at a Toyota Dealership in Lenasia, It was time for me to sell my Toyota and time for me to buy a brand new vehicle for the first time. I have never bought a brand new vehicle so here was my chance. After having been through many quotes from Fifteen dealerships only one of these attracted my attention. When I contacted the dealership I was immediately introduced to Mr Singeant Selley by Mr Basil Gangaram. I compared prices from him and having collated the prices from the rest, I requested Mr Singeant to match or better the price. I gave him my word that if he gets me the best deal I would close the deal with him. He promised to call back after 10 minutes. I thought he was not going to come back to me and to my surprise he called and responded that he spoke to the manager and agreed to give the best deal. This I was absolutely thankful and grateful for. I concluded the deal with him as I had to honour my word. He not only took me through every step of the sale, he encouraged me to take the first step in my life to start driving an automatic vehicle. Him being a very patient person, he spent almost three hours with me until when he handed over the keys to my dream car. My family who was also present at the time also praised his actions and professionalism greatly. Moreover, I troubled Mr Singeant on numerous occasions to seek clarification on a few things, controls and queries. He always assisted me to the best of his ability even though his daughter was hospitalized for an operation procedure. I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to Mr Singeant and Ipop Staff who made me feel like a king from start to finish. More than this, I found that Mr Singeant always kept his companies interest at heart and passed the test of customer satisfaction. I find him to be an asset to his company. I think that it was by Divine intervention that I ended up purchasing the car from Ipop Suzuki – Bassonia and the sales person being Mr Singeant Selley. I will definitely recommend the company and Mr Singeant Selly always. After the purchase of the vehicle, I found that the aluminium tag with the number for the car key was not given to me. Mr Singeant explained that it might have been lost by them and assisted me my introducing me to Mr Andrew Da Costa (Service Manager) from Suzuki Alberton.
