**** iPlug You Store

I found an iPhone add on facebook from I Plug You Store then I clicked on their link to talk to them on Whatsapp, I informed them that I want to buy an iPhone XR then I went to their website which is iplugstore.co.za then I filled their form to place an order and paid R2900 on the 20th of September then I got a message on their website that my order #3345 is currently processing I didn't get any update from their website telling me how far is my order, I saw days go by with no communication then I reached out to their Whatsapp to complain to them about my order not being delivered to my address, they **** to me telling me they had transport delays I should get my phone by the end of the week, that week and more days went by, I still don't have my phone until today, these guys are ****mers I am sad broken hearted and lost all hope to get my phone, this a terrible experience that I will never forget in my life.
