IPID does not work.

I have no faith in SAPS nor the authorities who govern their ******* practices such as IPID. After several attempts to contact them via email, it just returns undelivered with this response every time: *** host saturn.ipid.gov.za [10.130.10.61] Delay reason: SMTP error from remote mail server after end of data: 452 4.3.1 Insufficient system resources (UsedDiskSpace[C:\Program Files\Microsoft\Exchange Server\V15\TransportRoles\data\Queue])

There are so many complaints against the SAPS that it seems our country has lost control over their governing systems too.
