Rude staff member

I visited the centre and went to the ladies public toilets on the first floor. As I came out, one of the ladies who work for Ipic (she had a Ipic t-shirt on) with the name of Tercia (according to what I could see on her name badge - might be incorrect) was talking to the cleaning staff in a very rude manner. I listened to a bit of the conversation and decided to say something. When I asked her why she is treating the staff like animals, she started shouting at me, telling me it has nothing to do with me. I told her it sure does but she continued to to tell me "just gaan man". Is this the type of people the centre would like to represent them?

I am appalled to see that staff can speak to customers however they wish and that there are no consequences.
