RUDE AND UNPROFFESSIONAL

Do not even use them. I wanted their services but told them to hold off on debiting because I was not able to make payment, I even advised I will submit the docs once I can make payment, they said ok. Suddenly they deduct my account. For what file coz they dont even have my signed documents??? And when I raised this with them they gave me the run around and they were so RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL. I REGRET EVEN CONSIDERING THEM who knows how many people they have been ****ming
