I am so ****ed off that I paid R1550 for this company to assist with my credit profile as promised. The money was debited end of November, it's now almost mid January no-one has ever called or communicated about my file as promised instead when a consultant by the name of Siyanda called me he was rude and disrespectful advising me that they are still in the process which may take 20/21 working days to clear. He has no respect or customer service experience. I am so hurt that I trusted this company for them to ***** me over like this now they are telling me that I need to settle one of my accounts on my own so I can clear my name.
