I made an inquiry regarding their services and I was sent a Debi check mandate form and a contract that I must sign and submit should want to proceed with their services. I did not sign those documents. I do not even have a contract with them yet they deducted a sum of R1275 from my account because they created a fine for me , with whose concent? What does that file contain because I never sent any documents.
