DISGUSTING SERVICE FROM THESE PEOPLE

WORST SERVICE EVER!! I enquired with this company and had estimated that I'd be ok to pay end of May. In April I got in contact with the consultant named Ndu to let him know that I am cancelling. He clearly did not put the cancellation through to their finance department, so they went ahead and debited.... when I asked for a refund, I was then speaking to his team leader who straight up told I will not be refunded because Ndu had not submitted the cancellation. This was a mistake from their staff, but I was refused a refund.... meaning I have paid for nothing because I no longer wanted to proceed with them. I am still shocked at their conduct and how they really aren't interested in pleasing the clients they serve
