The worst service ever,these people are rude and unreliable with their consultants even,I called this morning enquiring about the feedback i was supposed to receive on the 10th October already and the rude consultant dropped the phone in my ear ,when i asked the to cancel the debit order mandate because they were not doung their work she shouted and dropped the phone .The consultant that was helping me in the begining suddenly stopped working there when i asked for feedback
