Terrible Service – Avoid at All Costs!

I had the worst experience with iPhix Repairs. They collected my phone for repairs, made me wait two weeks, and when I finally got it back, it seemed fine at first—only for it to stop working two days later. I paid R4000 in cash for this so-called "repair," and they claimed the issue was some electrical circuit problem.

When I called to report that the phone had stopped working, they ignored me. After numerous calls and messages, they finally sent someone to collect the phone. This is a business phone, and their lack of urgency has been a massive inconvenience.

They then promised I'd get my phone back on Thursday—but after collecting it on Wednesday, come Friday, when I followed up, they casually said, "We’re working on it, we’re about to finish." Yet, I’m still waiting for my phone!

This company has no business etiquette, zero communication skills, and they lie constantly. If you’re considering taking your device to them, do so at your own risk. I am now forced to drive there myself to collect my phone.

Unprofessional, unreliable, and absolutely not worth the hassle!
