No repair and No refund

Don’t use this service. I paid for a repair. The repair was not effected. They promised to fix the watch which they did not do. They then stated they will refund me since January this year. This issue is from November 2024. They now don’t take calls or respond to WhatsApps. I am going to SAPS to open a charge.
