iPhone 11 Screen Replacement
They replaced my screen for an iPhone 11 and I realised that there was an error message indicating that the display wasn't recognised (meaning the screen was not original). I followed up and they have promised to come collect the phone since 2 weeks ago. Needing 24 hours more for a process that took place 30 minutes off-site(my place) also didn't make sense for me but I still have them the go-ahead to collect the phone and they haven't. I cannot pay R3000 for non-original screen

26 Sept 2024, 14:03These guys are ****** and don't honour their word. They took my iPhone and promised to sort out within 24 hours and 5 days later, they are not picking up. Will action litigation against them
