horrible service/over charged

i am following up regarding the repair done on my iPhone 11 Pro, for which I was charged R2000.

The agreed scope of work included replacement of the battery, charging port, and speakers. However, only the battery was replaced, and the charging port and speakers were merely cleaned.

Furthermore, the battery installed is faulty, as the phone overheats when charging.

I was previously promised a refund, which I have not yet received.

In terms of the Consumer Protection Act, I request a full refund within 3 working days. Failing this, I will escalate the matter to the relevant consumer authorities.
