<p>Ricardo Benennet gave me a quotation for some alternations for a granny flat that I rent out. He was refered by me by his bther Theo. The next day on the 7 the Octber I accepted the quote and he asked me for a R3500 to pay deposit for materials. He needed it to buy materials t come to site on Monday because I am in a rush to dot is. monay he phned and said he cannot come because he is waiting for some materials. Tuesday he arrived without materials and did a little bit of cutting channeling through wall. Wednesday he arrived again without the materials and use some materials I had on sit available for him. When I confronted him he left and said he des not work for rude peple. He refuse to give me the materials or finish the work. If he does not want to work for us he must at least let us have the materials or give our money back. His business is called PIDS services. I would never recommend this guy.</p>
