Worst Service ever!!!!!!!!!!!!

The service is pathetic, they never update your balances so you just keep on paying. You struggle to get hold of them and when you eventually do get hold of someone, they just say sorry I am not a debt counselor I will not be able to assist. When you also give them paid up letter a month in advance they still take the money for the creditor. After several attempts and not getting any luck I decided to reverse my debit order and I paid my creditors myself, Then only I got a quick reaction, now suddenly I owe them money because they pretending to have paid the creditors of which they haven't after consulting my creditors. Not even the lawyer that emails you are using the updated accounts, they still have an paid up account from 3 months on my Statement. This is really ridiculous.
