terrible service and lack of business morale

I have struggled for a whole month with IPDA to get my refund, they make promises and no one ever gets back to you, you try and escalate the query and the manager doesn't respond. They handed me over to the lawyer, only for the lawyer not to be able to allocate my money paid to them. They then required proof that i paid the said money and still no success. Both debt rescue and botha and krause attorneys confirmed my refund amount and they have yet to refund me. pathetic
