IPDA - DEBT RESCUE - NO RESPONSE REGARDING INCORRECT BALANCES

I have been trying to contact IPDA Debt revue regarding the outstanding balance on some of my creditors that have got big differences both via phone and e-mail and they just don't get back to me. When I phoned some of my creditors, some of them stated that my accounts are paid up to date, yet the statement for IPDA it still shows massive values. Which balances are correct?
