Refunding Issue - IPC SA

<p>We have been waiting for 3 months for our refund of R1 200.00 for the incorrect part supp****. We have been speaking to Patrick and we even went to the branch a few times and all they say is that they are waiting for their boss Tai to release the funds. When I say we, it is 3 different people doing follow ups with the the company. </p> <p> </p> <p>Patrick is rude and totally unhelpful. We have asked for Kai to call us and we are still to receive a call from him. Kai is also never there to take our calls.</p>
