DISHONERING AN AGREEMENT

I have been managing their website as they had signed up for a management contract. We have an early termination clause attached to the contract. Zaheer the owner being devious he convinced me to give ownership of the domain name to him and allow his website to be hosted on another server, even though he promised to have access to continue management of the account and he in tern resigned a new agreement stating this. Has now cut me out of the picture and cut all access to what I had been contracted to. <br> <br> His \school"is dedicated to teaching law and yet he fails to follow the basic principles of what he trying to teach. I believe he is a conniving devious character. One who refuses to comply with agreements what he put his signature on. <br> <br> He is not a good business man and I believe his students has some reason to worry about what he is teaching. <br> <br> I am asking for him to settle the termination fee and then I will accept the fact he has cancelled the agreement. until them I will keep billing him monthly and with that await his follow up and settlement. <br> <br> Thanks Shane <br> """
