Ipanema **** sandal

I bought a sandal from a store in durban while on holiday there. As you all know ipanemas are extremely expensive.

I had worn the sandal for only 6 months and it cracked In half. I contacted the company directly hoping for a refund and was told that they take quality really serious.

To say the least they did not offer me anything in return. Except I was told that the company I bought it from has different return policies. For a sandal that is from them they did not want to help me.

In one breath they take quality serious and on the other they can't help me because of policies.

Unacceptable. I demand someone from ipanema come pick up this piece of **** sandal and give me back my money!!!!
