Ipanema online the worst service ever

Im so dissapointed in the service I received from Ipanema online I bought sandals online and the size was too small I called them to lodge the return and from the beginning they were not keen on assisting with the exchange eventually they came to collect the shoes only to tell me they cant do the exchange because I have worn the shoes and that is one of the pairs while I was fitting the purchase was in August to this date I have not received a refund or exchange clearly it does not look like they even care about their customers at I regret buying from them and will never even look at anything they sell they are just ****mers.
