Service Levels

I have now left 4 messages for Warren <br> X1 Message left with a college as he was driving at the time <br> X3 Voice messages on his cell number.<br> The 1st message was left 9th August it is now the 14th and I have still not received a call back.<br> I even mailed him on Friday as he had not returned my calls and not even a response from that.<br> This is truly pathetic serviced, especially representing the hospitality industry, Is this the service level one can expect<br> once Warren has signed you up and taken your money...
