IPComms increase subscription by about R300 without increasing my download speed.

IPComms decided to increase my subscription by about R300. Their reason: My upload speed (Not download speed) has been increase, hence the extra R300. Wow, I'm charged an extra R300 and my DOWNLOAD SPEED STAYS THE SAME. I'm very disappointed...

I live in a Vumatel serviced area and they charge more than double than Openserve. Now IPComms just decided to add an extra R300 on top of my already expensive subscription.
