Great initial interaction

I am currently with Supersonic and will be migrating to IPComms based on a simple interaction with one of their technicians. Struggling with Supersonic due to their ********** and *********** service, I started looking for other ISP's. Based on online reviews I gave IPComms a shot and gave them a call. I was put through to a technician to answer a few questions and I could immediately hear that the guy was competent. He answered all of my questions and I am not even a paying customer yet. It only took 2 mins to get connected to someone vs. an average of 35min waiting time with Supersonic.
