Disgusted with the service

Worst internet provider for Stellendale Village, Kuilsriver. If the internet is not off then the speed is slow. Paying for a 10 speed line but hardly getting that. Not even a message to let you know they upgrading the boxes. Just switching it off. Truly disgusted with this company whose fast too deduct money but when you call them to come out and do something about the speed then they have every excuse in the book to not do anything about. Sick and tired and to be honest disgusted with this company. Would not even rate them a one star. Three times it’s been switched off and when you call they can’t tell you what’s happening. If you call them for your speed then they say it’s because they have a lot of people using it and that’s why. Then they leave without fixing the problem.
