IOX Car Licence disc
I ordered and paid for my car licence disc renewal on 4 August and to date have not received it. Many calls to IOX fleet without success and I've spoken to Natasha many times who doesn't call back, she refers to her manager Jacques who also is never available and all emails go unanswered. I did this through Outsurance so have now left a message for Outsurance to call me back as I feel they need to intervene. I'm appalled by the lack of service from IOX and shocked that Outsurance would partner with such an ************ "courier service". Wondering now if I'll ever see that money again or the car licence disc....

26 Aug 2022, 12:22By way of an update, I confirm that Llanel Londt from IOX has assisted me in obtaining a copy of my renewed car license disc so long whilst the original is couriered to me. I managed to reach him by selecting the 'legal" option when dialling the IOX switchboard and upon hearing how I'd been struggling to make any headway with their team responsible for the license renewals, he took control of the situation. I'm so very thankful to have found him and for his professional assistance today.
