Brilliant after sales service

I bought one 20Ah and two 7Ah Securi-prod Lithium batteries. One of the 7Ah batteries showed a voltage, but didn't work when applying a load. I spoke to Iotrend through their WhatsApp channel. I was helped by a kind and understanding person and they sent a courier to collect the battery from my house to have their supplier test and replace it. Somehow, when doing a last test the battery powered a load again. The courier was canceled and the battery still performed normally after testing. I am really please with their after sales service.
