Ping Internet BAD Service provider.

Very bad service. Constantly without internet, staff cannot give you straight answers. It's quite disappointing and frustrating to deal with Ping. I have logged 10 calles in two months with them and almost every week they have issues. I just want clear and honest communication from them and to get what I pay for.
