Paid up account

In 2015 I took a short term loan and it was paid up immediately, in 2017 I find out that they have placed me on Transunion as unpaid. I luckily got the bank to print me my statements from said time and now want them to clear my name from Transunion but they ignore my emails and phone calls, I have been emailing it to Transunion who prove to be just as bad with correspondence.
