inferior product.....12 month warranty. it will malfunction or break shortly after that period. absolute no after sale service we have installed approximately 25 of these pre paid water meters.... 12 of them have already seized to work, and the keypad is just as bad. stay away, We are moving to Hexing, as this is also now recommended by Citiq.
