Unacceptable service

Called them on 3 occasions this morning and all 3 times could not be transferred to the correct department. Message is that mailbox is full for receptionist and tech services... really!! and I need to call back. This is frustrating and unprofessional when you need answers quick. I bought your product so you need to provide the support!!
