Waste of time

Inyathi were sent my washing machine by Whirlpool for repair , i eventually spoke with Prince the owner to try and get the part Bergen’s wanted , in order to refund me , however he explained his woes to me about Whirlpool ( my machine is there ) and I am no closer to getting my machine since I spoke with him ............
