Utterly pathetic service

This is the most useless repair company I’ve dealt with Samsung refer you to them and they leave you worse off than before. They are rude and ***********, don’t do a repair properly and then want to charge you again when they have to come back. Utterly pathetic and a very poor reflection on Samsung.
