Rude, Unprofessional Staff
Shocking service and completely *********** staff. I spoke to someone named Thuli, who was rude, sounded half-asleep on the call, and then hung up on me.
I was also suddenly told I need to pay a R750 call-out fee. Thuli said the team would only be dispatched once this fee was paid, but could not provide any time for when they would arrive, instead expecting me to be available for the entire day.
Based on the number of negative reviews about this company, I have very little confidence that anyone will actually show up, or that I’ll be refunded the dispatch fee if they don’t.

07 Apr 2026, 17:21After posting this review to Google, I received a call from someone named Prince, who completely dismissed my experience instead of trying to resolve it. I was then threatened via WhatsApp after leaving this review.
They then leave an immature response claiming my appliance is out of warranty.
That response is a lie.
The service fee was already paid, so claiming payment was the issue is false and only adds to the confusion and unprofessionalism. Instead of addressing the actual complaint, you’ve chosen to post a dishonest, personal, and insulting reply.
Your response says far more about your business than my review ever could.
What is going on with this place? This is beyond unprofessional and honestly disgusting. At this point, it is not just about poor service anymore, but also about how customers are treated when they raise valid concerns.
