Inyathi Appliances - the name in poor service

They came out to inspect and quote on a gas stove repair (R500 call out). I then paid them the full amount on the quote (they say that they can't start work until one pays in full up front). If that isn't bad enough, it take 3 weeks to obtain a part for a Bosch stove, not exactly unique.

Then, finally they commit to coming out on a certain morning. I call them and ask why they haven't called to confirm their arrival. "The technician will call you, he must be on his way". Call them again at 0945, the 2nd time I am told the "technician is on the road and we can't get hold of him" Seriously? He gets a piece of my mind and gives me attitude instead of apologising. They've had my money for 3 weeks incl the call out fee!
