Inexperienced Technicians Inyathi Appliances
Disgusting service from Inyathi appliance repair services
I am a very unhappy customer I have a Samsung washing machine. On the 22 August 2019 I called Samsung head office on ********** I needed the appliance repair team. They put me through to someone who then booked a call . The same day I got a call back advising a technician will come out the call out fee is R450.00 I agreed . On the 23 August 2019 the technician came out the receipt was Inyathi Appliances so they are outsourced..the technician checked the machine. He said it's the wiring harness the email a quote R1100.00 I transferred the money . 30 August 2019 part replaced .
I used the washing machine it started making the very same sounds before it was replaced even worse this time . Send a email advising them they send out a technician on the 01 October 2019 he came check it out and advised he doesn't know what the problem could be..this is supposed to be qualified technicians..He logged a call for the washing machine to be collected the 03 October 2019. I recieved a call from the manager at Inyathi Appliances..Marvin who calls and said unfortunately I have bad news..its the washing machines gearbox that's broken it cant be repaired you need to pay another R1160.00 to repair it .. What disgusting customer service that was ..I said no I will not pay because the part that I paid for was not necessary..Samsung is exploiting customer by referring us in inexperienced technicians..my washing machine is being returned unrepaired because I won't pay additional money for lack of training..I paid R450.00 and R1100.00 to get back a washing machine that is not working..
