*********** technicians and really terrible service

Inyathi Appliances has the most *********** technicians I have ever met. They came into my house to fix a washing machine, they couldn't diagnose the fault with the machine and instead of them reporting this to SAMSUNG so that a more qualified technician could come or at least have a robust analysis done they decided to send a false report to SAMSUNG saying that the machine was fine. To make the matter worse, they made me sign a review form which they then didn't send to SAMSUNG because it clearly mentioned that the machine wasn't fixed and their consultants were clueless.
