*********** bad service and lack of communication

I have never in my life experienced such bad customer service than with this company.

Called them to assist in a eye level oven door that needed to be repaired.

Paid the R650 call out and was told they will order the part and let me know when it will arrive. Only for me to follow up a month later and was told the part can only be ordered once paid for, which I did.

When the part arrived, it was discovered it was the wrong part ordered.

I refused to pay again for a part until they have the correct part with them.

Eventually end of November they informed me the correct part arrived an I need to pay, which I did immediately.

It was a battle to get them to come out to the property to complete the work, when they eventually went to complete the job, they took the door of the oven with them as they need to assemble it at there workshop.

It is now almost 2 weeks and still no joy, they do not get back to you and make promises that they do not keep.

This is 4 months of no joy and to get hold of there manager, Marven is close to impossible.

Definitely not a service provider to make use of.
