Giving Samsung a bad name

I was verbally abused for over 10 minutes by prince at Inyathi. His techie, Chris, disconnected the element on my Samsung washing machine, stating this as the reason the machine was tripping the electricity. I discovered the next day that it was the wall socket. When I called them with this info they became abusive. Prince actually threatened repeatedly to open a case of ******** injurer against me for telling his techie that he's is full of **** ,which it appears he actually is). Shocking service!

Reported them to Samsung head office who apparently have a string of complaints against this dishonest bunch.
